Nextron announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the ASGARD version 2 and Master ASGARD version 2. The last day to order the affected products was February 29, 2024. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support as shown until September 30, 2024.
End of Life Announcement Date The date the document that announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life of a product is distributed to the general public. 23.02.2024
End of Sale Date The product is no longer for sale after this date. 29.02.2024
End of Software Maintenance The last date that Nextron may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes. After this date, Nextron will no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test the product software. 30.06.2024
Last Date of Support The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product as entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. 30.09.2024

We would like to inform you that our customer portal will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance and will be temporarily unavailable on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, between 10:00am and 11:00am CEST. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

During this downtime, we will be performing essential maintenance work to improve the functionality and security of our customer portal. This includes updating our servers, fixing any bugs, and implementing new features to enhance your experience.

The following services and features won’t be available during that time:

  • the whole web GUI and its functions
  • the API, which can be used to generate licenses on-the-fly
  • THOR Cloud scan runs via THOR Seed (because the use the API)

We understand that our customer portal is an essential part of your daily business operations, and we assure you that we will do everything we can to minimize the impact of this downtime. We anticipate that the maintenance will take no longer than an hour, and we will endeavor to have the service back up and running as soon as possible.

Today, on 26th of August, we upgrade our update service infrastructure to a completely new service.

What stays the same:

  • Server names and IPs
  • SSL/TLS Certificates

What gets changed:

  • We replace the service that handles requests and serves the update packages

Affected services:

  • THOR and THOR Lite updates via THOR Util
  • THOR and THOR Lite updates via ASGARD
  • THOR Cloud Packaging
